Pattern difficult to follow

The pattern is very difficult to follow as it jumps around. Pictures are hard to follow along as steps with the text. The pattern measurements are incorrect for the width of the main bag and/or the flap piece. There are no sides. The placement of the fleece doesn't allow for zipper to be sewn without all the bulk. I am in the process of modifying as I go. I looked for a video and found one on facebook but it was hard to follow due to the angle of the camera and it just ended half way through.

I am sorry you hear you had a difficult time with this. The pattern has been out for several years, been pattern tested and sewed many times so it's quite unfortunate to hear that you struggled so much. I do think there are older printed versions that have been edited, and we found the errata on the Mrs H site for those corrections. I do wonder if you have one of those versions. Mrs H is always happy to help, she would want you to have success and enjoy the pattern. Please contact the designer, Mrs H, and she will help you through your struggles. I do feel it's very important to get first hand help and she is eager to provide it. We will find out if there are any issues with the patterns we are selling and see if they need to be updated. Thank you for your feedback.
