This listing is for "Project Size 6 inch x 9 inch" SAMPLE PIECES of our Mora Faux Leather Vinyl  - 1 piece

This faux leather material is very slightly lighter in weight than our Rex Faux Leather, but a fraction thicker because of the cotton backing. It's a very soft and supple feeling faux leatherette with very little shine and a speckled/textured appearance. A large piece has a dappled/mottled look, giving it the appearance and feel of real leather. It works well for bag making, and looks fantastic! Check the photos to see close-up shots of the thickness & backing. Beige had white backing fabric, but the others have grey.

This does have a slight one-way stretch, so you may want to use a light interfacing with it, such as our 420 Fashion Fuse, SF102 Shapeflex, or a similar interfacing if constructing a bag carrying a heavy load. The stretch runs across the width (selvedge to selvedge). If not interfacing, make sure when making projects, the stretch goes across the width of bag straps or the body of the bag, and not up and down.

Samples are labeled!

I just received my samples and I'm very pleased. I was not looking forward to looking at a sample and trying to figure out which color it was. Surprise! They are all labeled with a neat little label on the back! I was so pleased to see this. You might want to consider adding a photo of this to the samples page.
