The Breckland Bag Pattern by Charlie's Aunt is a 1940's vintage inspired design that is versatile but practical and unique! This bag pattern makes up well in a variety of fabrics and has an asymmetrical flap and front pocket that has instructions to use either a single fabric or contrasting fabrics for a more colourful look!
The Breckland Bag is perfectly sized for all occasions and makes up well in a range of fabrics. It features an unusual asymmetrical flap and front pocket and can be made with a contrasting strap and pocket. The front pocket template also doubles as an interior patch pocket.
Finished size is:
14in wide (36cm) at it's widest point x 9.5in H (24cm) x 1.75in D (4.5cm)
What is included?
- 1 printed paper pattern & 1 Kit Instructions Sheet
- Authentic 'Harris Tweed' for the exterior
- Faux Leather for the accent pocket and strap
- 1 metal bag label, and 1 magnetic snap
- All interfacing and stabilizers
- Quilting Cotton for lining fabric

Support and stabilize your fabric with our Emmaline brand fusible woven cotton interfacing.
We have 3 weights of all purpose, woven, fusible, interfacing suitable for a range of weights of cotton, wool, faux leather, or knit fabric. These work very well to stiffen and add structure to exterior/interior bag outers & linings, pockets, or garments.
