CHANGES TO SHIPPING CURING COVID-19There are significant delays in shipping across Canada and to USA/International. Delivery delays are worse to Eastern States of USA, and letters to Ontario & Eastern Canada.
********If you are in USA, we encourage you to choose DHL shipping, which is VERY fast. If you are in Canada, we encourage you to choose Expedited parcel instead of Oversize Letter for small packages!********

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our provincial government has stated that online orders are still allowed to be processed, and at this time it does not tax our postal system. If you feel your local postal system is not in the same position, please take that into consideration when ordering. Canada Post has ceased shipping to many countries at this time, so if you cannot select your country, shipping to you is suspended. See the March 27, 2020 Service Alert: Here
Please know that we are working while following strict and diligent cleaning protocol. We will work to fill your orders, but our 1-2 day order preparation time may take a bit longer than usual. Please do NOT panic buy. We are on reduced staff and we are fully stocked.
Pick up orders are available for our local customers. If you are local, you should be offered this at checkout, but if not, please let us know in your order notes or email us directly after. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up, with instructions.
TEMPORARY WEBSITE CHANGES:
1. Order preparation & shipping may take longer than our standard.
2. Since we are operating on reduced staff, we would prefer not to have our customers place several orders to be combined, or make order changes that require us to edit and send you more payment requests. We will not be monitoring emails as much and your orders may be sent before your request to change/add/combine is read.
3. Email inquiries will be not be replied to immediately, so please be patient during this time. Please check your junk mail folder for a shipping notification before you ask us if your order has been shipped.
4. We will not be taking wholesale portal orders during this time. Since these require us to add Emmaline packaging, we will not be able to fulfill these orders. (Wholesale orders are orders for shops that resell our items in their shops in Emmaline brand packaging & shop through the exclusive portal.)
